We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and surprisingly spacious, offering much more room than the average hotel. It featured a separate living room with a sofa bed, which was perfect for accommodating a larger group. There was also a convenient area with a kitchen sink, a small fridge, and a coffee maker, making it even more functional for extended stays. The breakfast was a highlight – it offered a very varied selection of dishes, much more than what most chain hotels provide, and the menu changed daily. The fresh fruit salad available every day was a nice touch. There was also a small gym on-site, which was convenient for a quick workout. The hotel's location near the airport made it ideal for travelers, and getting to downtown was quick and easy. Additionally, the surrounding neighborhood had some lovely restaurants, offering plenty of dining options, just a walking distance from the hotel..

Airport and convention center were my primary goals. The hotel was located ideally for this. A bonus was the mall was a 12 minute walk giving access to 200 shops which allowed for a last minute morning shop for a few items. The breakfast I thought was better than expected with warm and friendly staff keeping the coffee rolling, and the variety of choice was across the board to suit all diets. The small bar next to the galley area was manned all of the time with limited choice, but again the staff were always willing to help. A complimentary taxi took me to the airport for my 7am flight,with a wake up call all organized.by the desk staff. A shout out to the night man who made me coffee at 2 am and Skyla who also looked after my caffeine needs in the afternoon when most wanted a beer. I did not utilize any of the other facilities as time did not permit.

The room was a good size with plenty of space to relax in; it wasn’t just a bedroom. The bed was clean and super comfortable. The front desk staff I encountered were friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was varied and plentiful. The hotel is literally a stone’s throw from a Longhorn and an Olive Garden - they’re across the parking lot - and parking is free. There is no airport shuttle but the hotel pay for Uber/Lyft for you, which is an excellent service.

The location was very convenient and local to neighborhood stores/outlets. Breakfast had many fresh variety options. Very clean hotel and great staff! Will be booking the Hyatt Place for future travels!

Loved the staff who were all super friendly, loved the location and definitely a great value for the price. The king size room was so big and comfy, it was like being in a small apartment. No complaints, overall stay was great. The only recommendation would be to add more benches in the front of the hotel

Breakfast was good. Location was convenient to get around to our destinations Most importantly we like the room layout and configuration which is consistent with another Hyatt we stayed in Minneapolis. Although worth noting the finish is starting to look a little worn but. Nothing serious. Just showing it its age a little. Otherwise great room.

The Room was quite nice and the swimming pool and swimming pool area were great. I arrived 1 hr before checking and was granted a no-cost early check in. That was very nice. There are plenty of luggage carts,

The Hotel was clean and nicely maintained. The room was spacious and with all the ameneties. I would like to mention that the staff was this Hotel's highlight; they were courteous and extremely helpful. I would recommend staying here!

The property was close to the airport so that was nice but they say they have airport pick up/drop off-they use uber/lyft….we had a younger kiddo and they do not accommodate. We had to use the Hilton shuttle and THANK GOODNESS they let us or I don’t know what we would have done. Also there’s not much to do around the hotel if you need to kill time in the city like we did.
